These terms apply to your use of Prospect Wave. By opening an account you agree to them.
We provide access to the Prospect Wave application on a subscription basis. We aim to keep it available at all times but do not promise uninterrupted service; planned maintenance is announced by email at least 48 hours ahead.
Seats are per person and not to be shared. You are responsible for what happens under your credentials and for keeping them safe. Tell us promptly if you think they have been compromised.
Do not resell the output as a data product of your own, do not attempt to extract the whole dataset by automation, and do not use the service to break the law or another party's rights.
The account lists and configuration you upload remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service for you. Handling is described in the privacy notice.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance, per seat. Prices may change with 30 days' notice, never mid-term. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and run to the end of the paid period; we do not pro-rate partial months.
Signals are drawn from public sources and are provided as information, not as advice. We do not warrant that a signal is complete or current, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid in it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Either side may end it with notice. We may suspend an account that breaches the acceptable use section, and will say why. On termination you can export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
