This notice covers prospect-wave.com and the Prospect Wave application. It is written to be read rather than to be long.
Account details you give us when you sign up: a work email address, a name, and the company you work for. If you subscribe, our payment provider handles the card and we store only the last four digits and the billing address.
The account list you upload, the scoring rules you configure, and the usage records our servers produce — which pages you opened and when — so we can bill accurately and find faults.
We do not buy or sell personal contact data, we do not run advertising or cross-site tracking scripts, and this marketing site sets no cookies at all.
Signals are gathered from publicly available sources: company websites, job boards, public registries and filings, and press coverage. They concern organisations. Where a public source names an individual — a new appointment, for instance — we keep the name, role and the link to the source, and we remove it on request.
Your uploads and configuration are kept while your account is open and deleted within 30 days of cancellation. Billing records are kept for six years because tax law requires it. Server logs are kept for 90 days.
Our hosting provider, our payment provider, and our email provider, each under contract and only to run the service. We do not transfer your data to anyone else, and we have never received a government request for it.
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@prospect-wave.com and we will answer within 30 days. If we get it wrong you can complain to your national data protection authority.
If this notice changes materially we will email account holders before it takes effect.
